Where your data lives
Your progress -- including the summit date you can attach to each peak -- is stored only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data will erase it. Use "Export progress" to save a file you can load on another device.
Climbing windows
The "typical window" shown for each peak is a rough guide based only on elevation, not verified per-mountain data. Actual conditions vary by year, aspect, and region -- always check current trail and weather reports before you go.
Location
"Nearest to me" requests your location only when you press it, to sort the list and center the map. Your location is never stored or sent anywhere.
Data sources
Mountain names, elevations, and coordinates are from Wikidata (CC0). Map tiles are from OpenStreetMap.
